About the project
The modernisation of CET Nord involved the construction of a new low-voltage distribution infrastructure, tailored to the new installations and equipment associated with the 110/20 kV combined heat and power station.
As part of the project, KRONTAB manufactured and supplied a system comprising a 1,250 A low-voltage main switchboard and seven secondary switchboards, designed to supply power to and control the heat exchangers.
The solution has been configured to distribute power to the installation’s consumers, with functional separation of the circuits and the integration of the protection, control and signalling equipment required for operation.

The solution implemented
The main distribution board serves as the main low-voltage distribution point for the installations served by the project.
The configuration integrates the main distribution, protection, control and signalling circuits into a modular design, intended to facilitate the operation of and maintenance work on the installation.
The seven secondary switchboards are designed to supply power to, protect and control the equipment associated with the heat exchangers, in configurations tailored to the different power ratings of the loads.
Each panel incorporates the circuits required for the application within a clear and structured architecture, making operation and maintenance easier.
