About the project
For the new Artifex production facility and office building in Focșani, KRONTAB delivered the complete low-voltage electrical infrastructure required to ensure a stable and safe power supply for the entire technological process.
A Main Low-Voltage Switchboard (TEG) was installed with two 1600 A incomers and a 1600 A bus coupler, including a PLC-based automatic transfer and monitoring system, together with approximately 8 secondary switchboards and switchboards for technical areas, in various power ratings.
The equipment used is from Schneider Electric, selected for reliability, safety and energy efficiency.

Implemented solution
The Main Low-Voltage Switchboard is configured with two 1600 A power sources and a 1600 A bus coupler, ensuring safe distribution and continuity of power supply throughout the installation.
The PLC-based ATS system automatically manages the power sources and bus coupler, integrating electrical parameter monitoring, equipment control and command, operating status indication and alarm management.
The solution provides operational flexibility, protection and continuous control over the main power distribution, contributing to the continuity of the production process.
