1. What cookies are

2. What types of cookies we use
The KRONTAB website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the website and for managing consent preferences.
With the user’s consent, we also use analytics technologies through:
Google Analytics 4, to measure traffic and understand in general how the website is used;
Microsoft Clarity, to analyse interactions with pages, including clicks, scrolling, navigation, heatmaps and session recordings.
KRONTAB does not currently use cookies for behavioural advertising or remarketing.
If additional services using such technologies are introduced in the future, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated accordingly.
3. Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics helps us understand how the website is used, including information such as the number of users and sessions, pages viewed, traffic sources, general information about the browser and device, and approximate geographical location.
Google states that, for users in the European Union, the IP address is used to determine approximate location and is not stored as an individual IP address in Google Analytics.
In the standard Google Analytics 4 implementation, the following cookies may be used, among others:

Google Analytics cookies are activated only after consent has been given for the use of analytics cookies.
4. Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity helps us identify usability difficulties, navigation issues and how visitors interact with the website pages.
Clarity may analyse interactions such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, navigation between pages, page dimensions and other events necessary for analysing the user experience.
After consent has been given, Clarity may use, among others, the following cookies:

Microsoft classifies _clck and _clsk as first-party cookies, while some of the other cookies may be associated with Microsoft domains.
Microsoft Clarity retains certain session playback data for a limited period, while certain aggregated data, heatmaps and tagged sessions may be retained for longer periods, in accordance with Microsoft’s policy applicable to the Clarity service.
5. Protecting information entered into forms
The KRONTAB website includes forms through which commercial information, contact details and technical documentation may be submitted.
The content of form fields is protected through masking measures applicable to the analytics services used on the website.
The purpose is to prevent personal, commercial or technical information entered by users in contact or quotation request forms from being transmitted to analytics platforms.
Documents uploaded through the quotation request form are not used for statistical analysis of user behaviour.
6. Cookie consent
Analytics cookies are not necessary for the operation of the website.
When first accessing the website, the user may choose:
Accept all — allows the use of necessary cookies and analytics cookies;
Reject — allows only the use of cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the website.
Rejecting analytics cookies does not prevent the normal use of the website and does not affect access to KRONTAB pages, services or forms.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Changing preferences
The user may change their cookie choice at any time through the option:
“Cookie preferences”
available on the website.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
The user may also delete or block cookies through the settings of the browser they use.
8. International transfers
Google and Microsoft operate international infrastructures, and certain data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area.
In such cases, mechanisms provided for under applicable data protection legislation are used, including, where applicable, adequacy decisions, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Google and Microsoft publish additional information about how they protect data and the mechanisms used for international transfers.
9. Policy updates
The list of cookies and technologies used may change when the website is updated or new services are integrated.
This Cookie Policy will be updated whenever relevant changes occur.
The date of the latest update is indicated at the top of the page.
